I almost coughed when i read this part! A friend sent me this blog via a link and I was amazed at how dead on your observations were compared to my own. You see, I was saved by grace at 18, have led worship and even was assisting pastor at a couple of churches since then. I am a Christian trans woman who has found churches locally that are exactly the same way… the presence of God’s Spirit, filled with knowledge of the Bible, and all acting out upon Jesus commandment to go into all the world…

Thank you for sharing this. It made my morning. It’s my hope that the veil is removed from our own eyes as Christians who will truly see that God is moving… way beyond our wildest imaginations. He’s moving in the hearts of all.

As I read your article, I was right there with you! Wow! I could feel the love, I could sense the oneness, and I could also discern His Spirit hovering over the whole place! God should be free, from us “judgmentals”, to speak! I must say, you certainly have a way with words.

smiling through tears – I have to smile as you describe the very thing I would try to do: sneak in, do recon unnoticed, then escape in the same fashion. And tears as you describe the atmosphere, warm, heavy, “thick as a blanket” covering ALL…His seal of approval on ALL His children. More of that “thinking” that keeps appearing in front of my eyes.
