And isn't that exactly what He had in mind when He came to earth! How awesome and marvelous is our God! How could our small minds understand the real meaning of the birth of the Christ child? Did the shepherds really understand? Did anyone? Did Mary even understand the full impact of it? She knew she carried the Seed of the Most High God, the angel told her that, and she knew that He was to be the Savior of the world. But did she or anyone else, for that matter, understand the heart of God...that He was sending His Son not just because it was necessary...it really was necessary, but because He wanted to? How awesome that He told you, Steve, that it was His pleasure! It's so overwhelming! What to do with this truth? I can't take it in! Isn’t that an awesome truth!
